DEI Training
Many people hear “DEI Training” and immediately cringe and worry about being “attacked.”  Unlike other DEI trainings to which you might have been subjected, Omega Daughter, LLC conducts its trainings differently. Omega Daughter, LLC engages in thoughtful discussions about what we can be doing better to ensure that our businesses, organizations, not-for-profits, and volunteer committees are successful at including, fostering, and promoting persons who have been historically excluded. We focus on all types of diversity, including urban v. rural, and enlighten all participants about what roles they can play. Our trainings are interactive, educational, and leave each participant with information they did now know. We fully recognize that your colleagues come from a breadth of places and backgrounds, bringing different experiences and perspectives, and we work with you to holistically engage all individuals in your work environment to achieve ultimate collaborative success.

what our clients
are saying
After resigning from a prolonged and unfruitful Tattoo Apprenticeship, I sought out Stephanie's guidance for my situation. During my apprenticeship, I believe I was discriminated against on the basis of my religion. I needed help to review employer and state laws and if there were any other options on acquiring my licensure. After reading the law and reaching out to my local health department, I was not very confident that much could be done. However, Stephanie investigated my situation and advocated on my behalf. As a direct result of her work and determination, I was finally able to receive my licensure. The work she did helped change the standard for licensure for current Apprentices and future Tattoo Artists. Stephanie was incredibly reassuring and kind to me during a very frustrating and stressful time.
